GUM TAB | 2006-2007

This stool is the result of a research on a new application in furniture for RUB TAN, an outdoor material used today mainly on Sportfields and children playgrounds. The material is formed in a flat mould and then stretched onto a rigid structure which gives its shape to the seat. Best intended for an outdoor use (terrace, garden, public spaces) the object combines flexibility and resistance in a vivid range of colors.

Materials: Synthetic gum + PUR binder, steel
